Hello to all!

Since R5 Lotus implemented this new feature. On user side most of them are frustrated about this but to the point of security it is helpful and necessary.
Is there anyone who can show me the link where i can find the tecnical discription how this process works. In the past i get it but actually i could not find it.
Any help will be welcome.
